We provide fit information for all our products, including sizing, and width details. To find the fit information for the style you're interested in, please refer to the "Size Chart" on the product page. Scroll down on the product page until you locate the Size Chart section, which will provide you with the necessary details or you can scroll all the way to the bottom.

Our sandals and slippers are available in full sizes only. Determining the best fit can be a personal preference. Generally, sizing up to the next whole size is recommended for the best fit. For instance, if you typically wear a 10.5 in shoes, opting for size 11 in our sandals and slippers may provide the most comfortable fit.

Maintaining your Aerothotic sandals is easy! All styles with a black footbed can be cleaned with a damp cloth and some gentle soap under the sink. All styles that have a mix cork footbed can be spot cleaned with a damp cloth. 

Our vegan leather and vegan suede sandals and shoes are water-resistant, offering protection against water so you can enjoy your aquative adventures stress-free. However, please note that they are not fully waterproof.

At Aerothotic, we offer a diverse range of products to cater to various preferences. Our line is entirely synthetic making it vegan-friendly and free from animal products. 

Rest assured, if you have received damaged or defective sandals we want to make it right for you. Within 30 days of receiving your sandal kindly reach out to us.

Please place your exchange or refund within 30 days from the date your order is placed at Aerothotic.com. Items must be in new, unused condition with the original packaging and tags.
